I have been dealing with Gemma for the last month regarding the lease of a new car. I wanted to send you some feedback.

Gemma has been literally brilliant. I was looking to get a car as soon as possible as I had sold my car and looking to lease. I called a lot of companies to get some comparisons and she was the one person that I felt comfortable with, she had all the necessary details to hand and got back to me in a timely manner to my many questions. The result being that I took delivery of my new car yesterday. It has been a really simple, easy transaction and she has be mindful the whole way through that I didn’t have a car. She made the experience a treat and I would highly recommend her should I hear of anyone looking to do the same.

I would also express my thanks to Doug Percy who called me back to make sure I received the car and if everything was satisfactory, again excellent service. Another lease company said I should be careful as the price Leaseline were offering for the Citroen DS Sport was too low, 'they have not included VAT and may find there will be problems ahead, like late delivery or asking for more money'. VAT was included, delivery was on time and no more money was asked for. Sounds like competitive jealousy!

Having trawled through several lease-hire websites, I found Best Car Leasing to be very competitively priced.
Karlie Day dealt with my query and my subsequent order in a friendly, efficient manner.
